pickup time error

i gave pickup time 2016/05/05 11:45 but the result shows collection time start at 2016/05/05 09:00,

For now, you can only forecast the next available services based on the time you posted the request (e.g., 8:30), regardless of the time you indicated as the pickup time (11:45 as per your example).

We are currently working on allowing the customers to select a preferred pick up time and forecast that will return available services based on the selected pick up time.

Despite not being able to forecast the available services based on a specific pickup time, you will still be able to create a service with your specified pickup time via the API, unless it is an invalid pickup time, e.g. after the booking cut-off time.

In another words, after a forecast, when you proceed to create a delivery with a pickup time of 11:45, this value will be captured and indicated in your order.

As for the updates on the completion of implementing pickup-time selection for our forecast, we are still not sure when this will be implemented. We will update you in this forum when done.
