What plan am I on?

I'm trying to get real time quotation working and after doing some research, it says I need to install Zyllem Carrier Services. Proceeded to install the said services but it throw me another error. After another hour of fiddling around and research, this page https://developer.zyllem.com/docs/zyllem-shopify-integration tells me I need to upgrade my plan. Now, not only am I perplexed, but I can't seem to find anything on my current plan or even an option to upgrade. Is there anyway for me to get real time quotation working or not?

Hi Kelvin,

I am afraid Shopify requires you to subscribe to the Advanced Plan to use the real-time pricing feature. Also see: https://www.shopify.com.sg/pricing

In order to check which plan you are currently in:

  1. Go to your Shopify admin page.
  2. Click on "Settings" listed on the left panel of the page.
  3. Select "Account" when another list of options appears. This will bring you to your account details page.
  4. At the top of the page, under "Account overview" row, you will be able to see which plan you belong to under the heading of "Current plan".
  5. Should you wish to upgrade your plan, click on the link provided that indicates "Change plan type".

If you wish to stay with the basic plan, you can still display Zyllem services and rates, by manually configuring the prices.
