Unable to Create a Delivery Order

When I am Trying to create a delivery Order by passing the pickupTime as below, pickupTime: 2016-10-16T09:00:00+08:00 I am getting an error as below {"error":[{"errorMessage":"No service found","errorType":"Internal server error","errorCode":"500"}]} How do we know what is the actual error that we r facing. Kindly can u please provide us the correct Message in error Response.

Hi Uttar,

Noticed that the address 4 Jalan Masjid 3/69 falls outside of Kuala Lumpur.

As mentioned previuosly, our Malaysia counterpart's delivery services are only available in Kuala Lumpur and Klang Valley. If the pickup and/ or delivery address(es) fall(s) out of these areas, there will be no services available for selection. Thus, you will get the "no service available" error message.
