A

Artifact

Data that are collected through user input when a task is performed on the Zyllem app or web portal (e.g., signature, photo, COD amount, customer survey, etc.)

Enterprise

Your company; the Zyllem customer or tenant. An Enterprise can have multiple network groups.

I

Item

The entity that is being tracked and transported from Point A to Point B, and so on. For example, "1 item" can be equivalent to "1 invoice" or "1 parcel", depending on how your enterprise defines it.

Line Item

Products or services that belong to an item. Each line item can have a code, quantity, SKU, and other properties.

N

Network Group

Subsidiary of an enterprise through which orders are booked. This can be a warehouse or a branch, depending on the structure of your enterprise. A Network Group can manage multiple operators.

O

Operator

Logistics operator that fulfills the deliveries of an enterprise. This can be your own assets or your 3PL partners. An operator can have vehicles and drivers.
