Data Structure

This page describes the data structure of the CSV file downloaded through the Generic Connector page when you attempt to acknowledge or execute actions.

Column NameDescription
Segment IdUnique Id of the segment (system generated)
Segment Status Code NameCode name of the segment's current status
Segment Status NameCurrent segment status
Custom PropertiesCode name of the custom property (each custom property will have a separate column). Tip: Select the custom properties you want to include in this file.
Pickup TimeThe ETA of the pickup. This is the earliest pickup time specified upon booking (or determined by the system if not specified).

Note: 'Pickup' refers to the task in the origin.
Dropoff TimeThe ETA of the dropoff calculated by the system. This is the earliest 'Estimated Time of Arrival' that you see in the Item page (Details tab).

Note: 'Dropoff' refers to the delivery time or the task in the destination.
Shipper's (details)Contact details of the item origin.

Note: Each contact detail will have a separate column (Contact Id, company, name, phone number, address 1, address 2, postal code, country code).
Consignee's (details)Contact details of the item destination.

Note: Each contact detail will have a separate column (Contact Id, company, name, phone number, address 1, address 2, postal code, country code).
TimestampThe timestamp you need to fill in when uploading actions to execute for the segment.
ActionThe code name of the action you need to fill in when uploading actions to execute for the segment.
