Data Structure
This page describes the data structure of the CSV file downloaded through the Generic Connector page when you attempt to acknowledge or execute actions.
Column Name | Description |
---|---|
Segment Id | Unique Id of the segment (system generated) |
Segment Status Code Name | Code name of the segment's current status |
Segment Status Name | Current segment status |
Custom Properties | Code name of the custom property (each custom property will have a separate column). Tip: Select the custom properties you want to include in this file. |
Pickup Time | The ETA of the pickup. This is the earliest pickup time specified upon booking (or determined by the system if not specified). Note: 'Pickup' refers to the task in the origin. |
Dropoff Time | The ETA of the dropoff calculated by the system. This is the earliest 'Estimated Time of Arrival' that you see in the Item page (Details tab). Note: 'Dropoff' refers to the delivery time or the task in the destination. |
Shipper's (details) | Contact details of the item origin. Note: Each contact detail will have a separate column (Contact Id, company, name, phone number, address 1, address 2, postal code, country code). |
Consignee's (details) | Contact details of the item destination. Note: Each contact detail will have a separate column (Contact Id, company, name, phone number, address 1, address 2, postal code, country code). |
Timestamp | The timestamp you need to fill in when uploading actions to execute for the segment. |
Action | The code name of the action you need to fill in when uploading actions to execute for the segment. |
