Sandbox vs. production environments
The Zyllem Sandbox allows you to test your SFTP integration by connecting to a test environment that mimics the Zyllem production environment. It serves as a testing ground for you to book delivery orders and process requests without affecting any live Zyllem accounts.
When logging in to your enterprise web portal or connecting to your SFTP account, please take a careful note in using the domain names Sandbox (.io) and Production (.com).

Live Transaction Costs
Please note that any orders booked into your production environment will affect your live operations and will be incurred as a transaction made by your enterprise to Zyllem.
